Flatterers face no problem

When Mr. Lalu Yadav was at the top of his career and when he was kingmaker or even king in UPA (I) government, He was considered as best champion of politics, He was considered as Management Guru, even His wife Rabri Devi could become Chief Minster of Bihar State , a kitchen oriented illiterate lady could run the state, politicians and a team of IAS and IPS officers successfully for years together , Lalu was invited by Educational Institutes , domestic as well as foreign to deliver his ideas to students of Management and so on................

Now when the same Lalu is sidelined by voters in recently concluded election he is not found fit for any post in UPA government, even a village school will not like Lalu to inaugurate any function, not to speak of Institutes like IIMs and IITs . Management Guru will now be given the same status of Joker as he was in reality.

Similarly when a corrupt officer reaches at top post his every action is justified by flatterers and even Media. On the contrary even ideas of honest, sincere and knowledgeable person are ignored if his post is insignificant.

Officers and politicians get value not as per their inner values but his ability to befool the mass. When there is bull market even price of insignificant company rises abnormally and on the contrary in bear market, even prices of shares of Reliance companies fall sharply and the fun is that experts , stock market experts and economists justify every rise and fall with their logic. Sentiment as also flatterers play bigger and effective role assessment of quality of any person or any policy..

When Raju was at peak of his career none doubted his integrity. Credit rating of Satyam Computers was the best, his company was given award for best corporate governance. This is India.
Even Lehman Brothers was rated the best by global rating agencies just before exposure of his misdeeds six months ago.

Undoubtedly all rating agencies, credit agencies and even CAs act and advice as per the whims and fancies of the person who occupies the important, powerful and effective post.
The most painful is that people are cheated again and again. Government commit mistake, repeat it and repeat it in different form under different name but never try to rectify the mistake or learn lessons from the scams, scandals, frauds and economic crimes taking place in the country every now and then.

Congress government introduced Antodya scheme for the welfare of poor and downtrodden but failed on the ground because the real help was not going to the targeted person. Government changed the name of the scheme and came out with Integrated Rural Development Programme (commonly known as IRDP) and it also met the same fate as Antodya Scheme. Thereafter came PMRY, SGSY, SJSRY, and many other similar schemes but all unfortunately proved futile so far as the welfare of poor is concerned. Number of poor and downtrodden has been increasing day by day, year after year.

Government introduced Sarva Sikchha Abhiyan for ensuring education for all and NREGA like scheme for providing guaranteed employment to rural mass and mention the name of such schemes with sense of pride while narrating their story of their success in recently concluded election. Government spent thousands of crores of rupees under these schemes. But it is undisputably true that actual benefit of such schemes did not reach in the hands of targeted person but taken away by middlemen and so-called party workers, Neither illiteracy has come down nor the number of unemployed youth has come down in the country.

But flatterers still give the feedback to their party high command that their victory in last election was only due to success of NREGA and that of Surva Sikchha Abhiyan.

Obviously flatterers are real damagers and it is they who portrays wrong picture of policy as far as the execution of them is concerned. Name changes, person changes, process changes but the result remains the same. “Old Wine in New Bottle” is the strategy of rulers who rules not for voters but for their own kith and kin, relatives, friends and close associates and more particularly flatterers.

Get Rid of Flatterers, every thing will get reformed automatically. One cannot imagine of corporate governance or honest administration or true certification by competent authorities as long as there is a gang of flatterers around any VIP or any powerful person. Attitude and perception change as per the situation. Even a donkey if comes to power he will reckoned as horse and people starts thinking in that style, their perception changes, their behaviour changes towards donkey. Caucus of flatterers creates atmosphere in such a fashion that even wisdom of knowledgeable person becomes unacceptable to the commonman.

Key of success lies in ability to do flattery and nothing else.
